Order
We only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, if the item is not available a store credit will be issued. We have a 30 business day exchange policy, which means customer has 30 business days after receiving their item to request an exchange. Customer is responsible for cost of return Shipping. All Products must be unworn and unwashed to eligible for exchange or store credit.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
In-Stock Orders: Orders for in-stock items will be processed and dispatched from our facility within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 3 business days (not guaranteed).
UPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.

International & Canadian Orders
USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days (varies by location).
UPS International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.
DHL International Express: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on the country.
Customs Duties & Taxes
If your country requires customs duties and taxes, these fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Address Changes: You must contact us at info@OhYasFit.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request an address change.
Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fees.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it:
You must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
OHYAS LLC will provide any necessary documentation to assist you in filing a claim but does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
